About Our Bootcamps
Innovative Fitness Boot Camps are hot and we guarantee your results! We have class to fit you; we accommodate all shapes, sizes, ages, fitness levels, and genders. All of our classes are designed to get you the results you want while you have fun exercising in a group setting.
- I.F Boot Camps are more personal!! The ratio of boot campers to instructors is no more than 25 to 1!!
- Don’t get lost in the crowd! You will get personal attention and your boot camp instructor will watch your exercise form, know your name, and probably ask you what you ate for the day making you accountable.
- Participants will be allowed to sign up for fitness camps after the start date. We will also pro-rate camp prices if participants know that they will miss certain dates.
- Build your own boot camp with 12 people or more! We will create a custom workout for your group. The times, dates, and location will be to the preference and convenience of the group.
FAQ’S
What type of exercises will we do? Answer- we will teach you how to move your body, the ultimate mode of resistance. Our workouts will be full body functional training which will challenge you with something different each day to keep the results coming!
I have a gym membership, why should I go to boot camp? Answer- when was the last time you used your gym membership? Does your gym ever call you if you miss a day? We will teach you how to exercise so you never have to depend on a gym again!
How can you guarantee results? Answer- Innovative Fitness guarantees you will get in shape if you show up for the sessions. We also guarantee you will lose weight, body fat, and inches when you eat right!
What if I am not in shape? Answer- It doesn’t matter we will help you get in shape! TIME will be the great equalizer, everybody will do the same exercise and when the time is up everybody will do the next exercise, so nobody will get left behind.
What do I need to bring? Answer- Great attitude! 5- 10lbs dumbbells, a mat, water bottle, and a towel.
What kinds of people go to boot camp? Answer- Everybody from 70 year olds wanting to strengthen their bodies, to 18 year olds who just want to tone up.
How soon will I see results? Answer- you will start feeling better in a few days and physical results take place about 2 to 4 weeks into the camp.
What kind of results should I expect? Answer-3-5% reduction in body fat, greatly improved posture, better relaxation and sleeping, 5-12 pounds of weight loss, 1-3 inch decrease in the midsection, 25% improvement in endurance, 25% increase in strength, and 100% gain in self-confidence!
Refund Policy- If you are unable to attend camp due to circumstances out of your control, we can offer you a refund if you notify us prior to your session start date however we will charge a $50.00 cancellation fee. If we are notified during the first week that you cannot continue, we can only give you a credit towards another boot camp. This credit is nontransferable to another camper, is not available after the first week and there are no cash refunds.
