At Crosstrain College Station our program is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any individual regardless of your experience. We’ve used our same routines for elderly individuals with health issues and high level competitive athletes. We constantly vary the exercises, sets, reps, durations and intensity to provide the maximum stimulus for our clientele. It’s not easy, it will challenge you, but that is what makes it worth doing. Crosstrain College Station works and it will help you achieve your fitness goals, whether you are a soccer mom or a world class soccer player. We have chosen some of Crosstrain’s most popular and universal workouts to be our main standards of measurement. At the beginning of every month we will add in (Fran, Cindy, Helen & a Timed Mile) to show you physiologically who you are getting in better shape! Beginners: we offer free learning session which the FIRST MONDAY & WEDNESDAY OF EVERY MONTH.

If that doesn’t fit your schedule then each client has the opportunity to work with a trainer One-on-One to learn how to move for $60. Each client will need anywhere from 1 to 6 ramp up sessions. If you bring a friend the two of you can split $50, so $25 each!
Once you complete our checklist for our foundation of movement, then you are ready to get in the best shape of your life with our Crosstrain classes! You don’t have to worry about being in shape or know anything about fitness. We want to teach you a entirely new methodology about health and fitness.
