Male Boot Camp
Innovative Fitness has the only men's boot camp in town! It has been running for over 18 months because it is the best and most effective in Bryan/College Station. The boot camp is geared toward men of all ages, providing the most effective workout possible by targeting the three essential components of fitness, cardiovascular, and resistance training. We will use the most effective form of resistance, your body weight, and small dumbbells to target problem areas on your body, all while keeping your heart rate up with different forms of cardiovascular exercise! You will build muscle and lose fat fast! You will see immediate results when you commit to the workouts and eat well!!

When it comes to working out I think I did what the majority of people out there do...about 30 minutes of cardio on top of an easy work out 3 or 4 days a week and watched what I ate for the most part. And for some reason I never seemed to reach the results that I wanted. When I met Trevor he explained in detail why that "routine" was not working for me and does not work for most people. I gave hime a shot and joined his bootcamp, and I must say that I feel the best that I have in a long time, I look better than I have in years, and I have plenty of energy throughout the day. The thing I love the most about this class is the motivation I receive, not only from Trevor, but from my peers as well. In a group of 10 - 15 guys Trevor manages to make it feel like one-on-one training...and you will not find that any where else!

Innovative Fitness Men's Boot Camp has committed me to a healthy lifestyle that I am unable to obtain on my own. As someone who has struggled with weight management my entire adult life, I have learned that the structure and coaching that is available through this boot camp is what I need. During these workouts, it is about me, about my fitness. As someone who has little time outside of work and family, these morning workouts set a tone to my day. I can feel the energy burn across my entire day. I am literally losing inches around chest and waist. I am enjoying the positive feedback of a positive body change. This program is a true commitment-- it is something that I struggle with every day. It is something that I remain committed to because it is changing my body image and future health.
There is an implied understanding that this was a choice for me. Well, in actuality, it wasn't really a choice-- unless it was get in better shape or choose to go to the local cardiac cath lab eventually. I chose the proactive approach.
The term "Boot Camp" is pretty intimidating. It should be-- because it signifies a significant commitment to a certain amount of discomfort to achieve your goals. More importantly, the instruction is designed to challenge each participant to their own capacities and not of someone else. I have seen our instructor modify regimens to meet the needs of each participant, whether serious athlete, or recovering couch potato. As someone who has participated in the program for over 4 months, I have never been to the same workout. There are always new approaches and strategies daily. I used to think that workouts would make muscles hurt. I was wrong-- these workouts know how to make specific parts of different muscles hurt. And then the next day there will be a new approach to a new muscle group.
