Female Boot Camp

Innovative Fitness women's only boot camp is one of the best and most effective in Bryan/College Station. It is geared toward women of all ages, providing the most effective workout possible by targeting the three essential components of fitness, cardiovascular, resistance training, and a fresh new approach to nutrition.

We will use the most effective form of resistance, your body weight, bands, and small dumbbells to target problem areas on your body, all while keeping your heart rate up with different forms of cardiovascular exercise! You will see immediate results, fat loss, weight loss and more toned muscles, when you commit to the workouts and eat well!!

  • Females Only HOLT PARK (2425 North Park St Brenham Brenham, TX 77833) 5:30 AM Monday- Thursday, and Friday ($239)

  • CO-ED CALDWELL DAVIDSON CREEK PARK (Caldwell, TX 77836) 5:30 AM, Monday, Tueday & Thursday $239 (4 weeks)

  • Female Only CENTRAL PARK (1000 Krenek Tap Rd College Station, Texas) 8:00 AM Monday, Wednesday, Friday $205 (4 weeks)

  • Females Only HOLT PARK (2425 North Park St Brenham Brenham, TX 77833) 8:30 AM Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday $239 (4 weeks)

  • CO-ED FIRST UNITED METHODIST CHURCH (506 East 28th Street in Bryan, Texas) 9:00 AM Monday, Wednesday, Friday $40 Monthly (Continuous Enrollment over 55 age group)

  • Female Only INNOVATIVE FITNESS STUDIO (400 Holleman inside the ice skating rink) 12:00 PM, Monday, Wednesday, Friday $205 (4 week)

We had a great group of people in bootcamp, all different ages and fitness levels. Trevor easily modified the exercises to fit my specific needs. I always felt like he knew exactly what I was capable of. Trevor is very knowledgeable and so easy to get along with, it has been great working out with him. Bootcamp has been challenging and a lot of fun. I have noticed definite changes in my appearance and fitness level that I wasn't getting at the gym. Trevor, the variety of exercises and the people around me keep me motivated and looking forward to the next class. I can honestly say, for the first time, I love working out! Trevor Carney has done the impossible for me - make me enjoy working out again. When my 10 year old son said to me (several months ago), "Mom, all you do is sit and sleep" I knew it was time to get off my rump and start exercising again. Within just a couple of training sessions I was sleeping better and waking-up refreshed and not thinking about nap-time. My energy is way up and the size of my legs is way down. My name is Stacy Gully and I am a 43 year old MOM of 2. I started Trevor's boot camp when school started and have really enjoyed it. I NEVER thought I would say that about exercise! I even miss it on the weekends when we don't have boot camp. He is very accomodating to all age levels and fitness levels. I enjoy working out with Trevor because he is very creative with the exercises he comes up with us to do. It is always something different everyday! From pulling and flipping tires to hanging up giant rubber bands. I never knew you could do that many things with a children's playground! Very innovative fitness techniques!

I had lost a lot of weight already, but I had hit a plateau and needed a little boost to get these last 15-20 pounds off so I decided to give Trevor's bootcamp a try. I am so happy that I did! I lost 5 pounds my first month, and signed up again because I liked it so much!

Trevor does a great job with challenging and motivating a group with different fitness levels. He pushes us when we need it, and pays very close attention to our form to make sure we are doing the exercises safely and efficiently.

Somehow, this tough workout seems fun! We do some funny looking things, such as pulling and flipping big tires, or running with a ball held over our heads, but it works! The best thing is the friendship we've developed between the group and with Trevor himself. There are women there who push me to work harder, and we manage to laugh and enjoy it along the way.
