![]() My name is Brian Schoppe and I am twenty-nine years old. A few years ago, I found out that I tipped the scales at just over 300 pounds. I stand six foot, two inches tall, so the actual weight itself was not the unbearable part. Never in my entire life have I ever been that big. I was appalled and disgusted with myself every time I would look in the mirror. My wife and I were in the process of buying a house and I was also switching jobs at the time. I remember telling her that once I was settled in my job and we were moved in, I was going to lose some weight and try to get myself in better shape. Through my own experiments with cardiovascular workouts and a few simple dieting guidelines, I was able to lose 125 pounds in the matter of about a year. The weight came off too quickly, though, as I found through loss of muscle mass and a lot of loose skin. Over the next seven months or so, I kept up my exercise routine and diet. The results were stagnant. I had plateaued and was not doing myself any benefit. After much discussion with my wife, I contacted Trevor Carney and Innovative Fitness for a consultation. Within five minutes I was very impressed. He and another trainer, Tony Kindt, didn't tell me what I wanted to hear, but what I needed to hear. They assured me that with a few small tweaks in my diet and complete change of my exercise routine, I would be able to shed the extra skin, gain muscle mass back, and tone my body to look exactly how I wanted it to look. I was even offered a free training session as a taste of what I could expect. That's all it took. Tony worked me out that afternoon and I felt a tremendous difference when I was finished. I thought I had been properly working out the same muscles he worked on that day, but I found out later that evening and the next day that I was wrong. My mind was made up, I went back the next morning and signed myself up. I am almost to the halfway point and have seen dramatic results. The first official day of my new training style and lifestyle, I was measured by Trevor and Tony to be at 14% body fat, which is already pretty low. I was pretty impressed that I was able to get myself to that point on my own. After 5 weeks, I was again measured by Trevor. This time, I was 9% body fat. What an unbelievable difference! I wake up every day in a better mood than ever before. I just can't seem to thank these trainers enough. Every single trainer there is extremely friendly and approachable. They are more knowledgeable than I could ever hope to be and are willing to share that knowledge and give advice to anyone. Everyone who even considers the idea of wanting to change their health and physical appearance absolutely must contact them and set up a consultation to hear what Innovative Fitness has to offer. They will not be sorry once they do. I can't wait to see how I look in a few months when I am finished with my program! |

![]() Hi my name is Karen Duong and I’m 21 years old. I graduated from Texas A&M University in December 2010. I told myself going into college I would take care of myself and not let stress get to me. That didn’t hold for very long. The entire time I was in school I neglected my health. I would study all the time and not make time to eat properly or healthy. My meals consisted of fast food whenever I felt like it and junk food from vending machines were my snacks between classes. My junior year of college during one very stressful week at school I was hardly sleeping and eating junk took its toll on me. I went to the emergency room for severe abdominal pain. I had diverticulitis and later after testing was diagnosed with Chron’s disease. My doctors told me the only way I could get better outside of medication was to change my diet and exercise. A good friend of mine told me about Innovative Fitness boot camps. She told me it would be a great and fun way to get in shape. Immediately after working out I noticed a change in the amount of energy I had for the rest of the day. I would go to boot camp, but I still wasn’t eating right like I should. In February 2011 I was weighed and measured and had reached 160 lbs. I knew that working out wasn’t enough to lose weight. I began being consistent with my food journal, eating smaller portions, and trying to cook for myself instead of eating out. I make sure I have a healthy breakfast to set a good tone for the rest of the day. Currently up to date I’ve lost 15 pounds and I’m the healthiest I’ve ever been and striving to always become better and healthier. I start medical school this year, and when I’m a doctor I want to be able to set a good example for my patients and incorporate what I’ve learned here to help others live a long and healthy life. I would definitely recommend Innovative fitness to anyone and can truly say it was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made to join boot camp. I am a 36 year old mother of twin boys. I have been unhappy with the way I look all of my life. Being a full-time working mom it is hard to find the time to commit to exercise, but I knew it was possible. I joined a local gym and would go on occasion, I saw some results, but I was still not happy. A friend of mine told me about Trevor’s Boot Camp, so I went online and checked it out. I gave Trevor a call that day and talked to him about what I was looking for and the results that I wanted to see. He was very knowledgeable and very enthusiastic about getting me started in the Boot Camp. I talked a friend of mine into going with me, and we were both instantly hooked on it. Trevor’s classes are small enough in size that you really do get one on one training; it is like having your own personal trainer for a really great price. Trevor pays special attention to how you are doing each task that he asks you to do, making sure your form is correct to ensure maximum results with no injury. He changes things up so that you are not always doing the same routine, which keeps you from getting bored with the workouts. The classes are so much fun, and you really do see results from going. Within the first few weeks, I was able to tell that I had lost inches, and after 3 months I was down 3 pants sizes. I am in the best shape that I have ever been in thanks to Trevor. My kids are proud of me for working so hard, and I am proud of myself. Trevor taught me not only how to exercise, but helped develop a meal plan for me to follow so that I was able to eat the right things at the right times. I now feel awkward if I miss a day of working out, it has become part of my daily routine. I love Trevor’s Boot Camp and I will continue to go for as long as I can. Being a 36 year old mother of two young girls, it was hard to find time to work out. I started watching my diet about a month before finding the dedication to join Trevor's boot camp. After only 3 weeks of working with Trevor and Brian, there was a dramatic change in my size and my body shape. Not only did I lose weight, but I also dropped two pant sizes in three weeks! Everyone began to notice how my body firmed up and looked better so quickly. Trevor is amazing! He is very knowledgeable and helpful and just happens to be the best boot camp in this town! The classes are smaller than other boot camps, which makes for more one-on-one training. They watch each of us closely and help us with our form with each exercise, which ensures maximum results and less chance of injury. The classes are so much fun that I would go 7 days a week if it were possible. I have more energy, look better and feel great! I will continue to work with Trevor and Brian as long as possible. ![]() Hi, I'm Michelle, a 36-year-old mother of two. I had been working out on my own, but reached a plateau that left me unmotivated and not seeing improvement. I needed a change and that's when I received the offer for a two-week free trial for boot camp. It didn't take two weeks to decide that I loved it. I loved the variety of the workouts, the positive feedback from the trainers and, most of all, the results. On my own, I lost about 20 lbs over the course of 8 months. With boot camp, I lost 10 lbs in 4 weeks! But there's so much more to it than just the weight loss and shopping for smaller clothes. My fitness level has improved dramatically. My energy level is way up meaning I can "play" as hard as I did in high school. I feel good about myself again. Trevor and his crew are amazing when it comes to getting you motivated and keeping you working hard to get the results that you want. In addition, Trevor provides useful information to help you make better choices when it comes to your diet. I'm not talking about some fad crash diet either, it's all about making changes for a lifetime of health. Trevor is not only there for you during that one-hour class three times a week, he makes himself available to talk one-on-one about nutrition, general health, or anything else you need. I am so thankful for all that Trevor and Innovative Fitness has done for me. |

Howdy! My name is Karthik Venkatraj and I am a member of Texas Aggie Corps of Cadets, Army ROTC program, and the Army National Guard. My success in all three programs is a far cry from my beginning in these programs. I was 5'10'' 180 lbs when I made the decision to join the Army. This was well above the height/weight limit. To add to this disqualification, I was unable to pass the Army Physical Test scoring 15 push-ups (42 minimum), 45 sit-ups (53 minimum), and 18:30 for the 2 mile run (15:54 minimum). After trying several times on my own to improve my score, I was still unable to pass. It was then that I contacted Innovative Fitness to help meet my goals. I began training with Jeremy approximately 2 months before my PT test. Utilizing innovative training methods, constantly assessing and adapting to my abilities, and maintaining a high level of motivation throughout, Jeremy not only helped me pass the PT test but helped me excel. During the PT test, I scored 60 push-ups, 80 sit-ups, and a 13:33 run. I also slimmed down to 155 pounds, which is well within the standard. This summer I successfully completed Warrior Forge at Fort Lewis, Washington and I am well on my way to becoming an officer in the Army. I can confidently say that I would not be in this position without the training of Jeremy and Innovative Fitness. Moreover, I know that I owe Jeremy for my commissioning. I would recommend his training and that of Innovative Fitness to anyone going into the military whether its Basic Training, Officer Candidate School, ROTC, etc. In fact, I would recommend the training to everyone! Hi My name is Kelli and I am a 29 year old mother of one, I started bootcamp in July of 2008 and have lost over 100lbs in less than a year. When I signed up for bootcamp I was extremely overweight and had tried everything to lose weight after my pregnancy. I became increasingly more depressed after every weight loss attempt failed. I decided gastric bypass was my only option, but during a visit with my doctor he suggested I try one more time on my own before going through with the surgery, 4 weeks later I was down 15lbs thanks to the trainers at Innovative Fitness and their willingness and desire to help motivate and encourage everyone. I love the personal one on one feel you get but with a group atmosphere. Innovative Fitness has given me my life back!!!! |

My name is Londa Zavodny from Caldwell, TX. I am a 36 year old wife, mother and I work a full time job. After I became a mother I just gradually kept putting on weight a little at a time. Two years ago I had major surgery to remove a non-cancerous tumor from inside of my spine. This surgery left a lot of nerve damage to my left leg from waist to toe. I am going into my fifth session of Innovative Fitness’s Boot Camp in Caldwell and I can’t brag enough on this program. When I started BC I weighed in the 190’s, now I weigh in the 160’s and I have lost 35+ inches all over. B4 I began the BC I could not jog or even run and I had very limited motion in my left leg. Well I can say I finished my first mile jog/power walk in 11 minutes flat the first time and my 2nd try was a little over 9 minutes and I have not made a mile since the early 90’s in high school. This program is helping my confidence level, making me feel better, making my husband take double takes at me all of the time (that is NICE), I have better usage of my left leg and overall it has been wonderful. I know that without this program I do not have the will power to do a workout as good as this – I know I would not push myself as hard as I do in the program. My name is Jenn Payton and I love Innovative Fitness Sorority Boot Camp! I did it each semester it was offered and lost over 60lbs! It was probably one of the most memorable experiences I had with my sisters other than late nights at the TAP! Ha! We really bonded as a sorority and I would recommend that each sorority does this for their chapter. It is something positive, educational, and motivating that we did together. |

Chemical Engineering student at Texas A&M University) - Before I met Trevor and I.F., I had been working out on and off for years with my friends without any results. In just 6 weeks of working with I.F and Sorority Boot Camp. I have lost 15 lbs, approximately 3% of my body fat, 3.5 inches in my waist and 1.5 inches in my hips. I have gained muscle mass everywhere and my body has never been this tone! I can even do "real" push-ups! During the training sessions, I.F. trainers were always motivating me to do one more, to run a little faster and to eat right in a positive and exhilarating way. I have only repeated one workout session in my three months of working with them and that was only to see have much faster I had become, I shaved off 10 minutes in 2 months. I can not write enough great things about the guys! It’s been three years since I made the initial phone call to Trevor. It was a time for change in my life. My venture started with a trainer who came to our house three days a week. At that time, it wasn’t possible to attend a boot camp. In trainer supervised workouts, I progressed from three times a week, to once a week, once a month and now quarterly. I lost numerous inches and dropped four dress sizes. Trevor has motivated and encouraged me all along the way. My goals have been met and he has helped explore new ones. I never thought I would be running 5k races at my age, but Trevor planted the seed and now my goal is to run 4 this year. I’ve already completed two.
Why do I continue to exercise and what keeps me going? I write my down my goals and stick them on my bathroom mirror. Reading them daily helps me stay on track. Also, in a busy lifestyle when time seems very limited, work-outs are a time where I invest in me. I make the time for me and I am being proactive rather than reactive to health issues. Eating healthy and exercising complete a balance between physical, mental and spiritual health. God gave me this body; I should take care of it. I also lead by example for my children. They’ve picked up on healthier eating habits and support me in my endeavors to stay healthy. Thank you to Trevor for adding a new and healthier chapter in my life.

Hi my name is Kaye and I am a 41 year old mother of 3.
Turning 40 can be tough! It seems like at the same time that your metabolism begins to slow down, your life begins to speed up! At 40, I spent much more time in my suburban, driving and car pooling my children and their friends than ever before. For me, all of that time on the go simply meant more opportunity to eat and drink drive-thru foods and sodas. I found that I often lacked energy and began to feel – well – 40.
I’ve been working out at Innovative Fitness for 6 months now. In that 6 months, I have found energy and strength in myself that I have never before known. For me, it happened very quickly. My personal focus is on my diet. Terrance has spent so much time educating and motivating me on food selection. With his famous question: “What’d you eat for dinner?” my food choices quickly became important to me! With a much improved diet, my work-outs became more productive and I began to become stronger.
My weight has never been a big issue – I am lucky. But I can honestly tell you that without Terrance’s expertise and guidance, I would still be frequenting drive-thrus, completely unaware that the fuel that I was putting into my body was directly reflecting my happiness, my energy level and my overall well-being each and every day.
For the first time in my life, I now truly understand the importance of diet and exercise. Thanks Terrance for teaching and supporting me. Thanks especially for pushing me - I am a better, happier, and stronger person because of you!
