Cancelling Your Membership: Our Policy

If it's you, not us, then please adhere to the below policies:
ALL CANCELLATIONS/HOLDS MUST BE SUBMITTED VIA EMAIL
Cancellation request must be emailed to with the subject line "Cancel". We will send a cancellation form. Your account will be canceled 30 days from receipt of the completed form. Once you've canceled, we can no longer guarantee the same price for services, as we may have a future increase or promotional offers have expired. Please keep this in mind.
Placing Membership on Hold
Heading home for the Holidays or Summer? No Problem!!! Just shoot us an email to and let us know the date to begin the hold and length of time (up to 3 months). The suspension fee is $10/month and keeps your contract active.
Completion of this form does not confirm cancellation. We will send a confirmation email to the email address on file confirming the details of cancellation including the date. If you do not receive a cancellation confirmation email, do NOT assume! Email or call to confirm!
