Semi-Private Training is basically just Personal Training in a small-group setting. We find many of our members prefer this option, because they can work out with their friends or significant others, making them feel more comfortable while they still get the close instruction offered from Personal Training. Plus, it can be really motivating to know that you have a partner or two working on the same goals with you!
Another perk of Semi-Private Training is that you can save money! It costs less per person than Personal Training, so if you're working out on a budget, buddy up!
